How long should I wear it each day?
Start with 20 to 30 minutes a day for the first week, then build up to 60 minutes. Wearing it longer than that doesn't make it work faster — it actually trains the wrong way. The point is to remind your body what good posture feels like, then take it off and let your muscles do the work. Can I wear it during a 12-hour shift at work?
We don't recommend it. The trainer is designed for short, focused sessions, not all-day wear. Continuous wear can cause your back muscles to rely on the support instead of strengthening, which is the opposite of what we want. If you want benefits at work, wear it during your most slouch-prone hour (usually mid-afternoon at a desk) and let the rest of the day be unsupported. Your body learns faster that way.
Is it comfortable? Will it hurt?
The mesh is soft and breathable, with padded shoulder straps to prevent pinching. The first time you wear it, you might feel a gentle pull on your shoulders as it adjusts your alignment, which is the trainer doing its job. It shouldn't hurt. If anything feels sharp or pinches, loosen the straps. Most people forget they're wearing it within ten minutes.
Does it work for men?
Yes. The trainer is unisex and adjusts to fit different body types and frames. Available in sizes S through XL. About half our customers are men, most of them desk workers and tradespeople who've started noticing their posture in their thirties and forties.
What kind of work is it good for?
It's designed for people who spend long hours sitting or standing in one position. Most of our customers are desk workers, office staff, drivers, students, healthcare workers, and tradespeople. It's not designed for active labor. If your job involves heavy lifting, twisting, or running around, the trainer will get in the way more than it helps. Save it for the quieter parts of your day.
Is it waterproof?
The fabric is breathable mesh and isn't designed for rain or heavy sweating. It's a daily wear product, not outdoor gear. If you work outside, wear it during your indoor breaks or before and after your shift.
How do I put it on?
Like a backpack. Slip both arms through the shoulder loops, pull the lumbar band around your waist, and fasten the front velcro closure. The first time takes about a minute. How long until I see results?
Depends on whether you pair it with the exercises. With consistent use (30 minutes a day) plus the strengthening exercises from the guide, most people notice better body awareness in 1 to 2 weeks. Visible posture change takes 4 to 8 weeks. The trainer alone, without exercises, will help in the moment but won't change posture long-term. The exercises do the actual work.
