Welcome to Edenic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shopedenic.com (the "Site") and the products, services, and content we offer.
Edenic is operated by Andrew Buffolino at 148 Aspinwall Street, Westbury, NY 11590 ("we," "us," "our," or "Edenic").
By accessing the Site, placing an order, signing up for our communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from Edenic. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
You may be able to create an account to enhance your shopping experience. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. Products and Pricing
We strive to display products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice
- Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order
- Refuse or cancel orders, including orders placed at incorrectly listed prices
- Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product information at any time
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products listed in your order at the prices stated. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times. Our products ship from our partner warehouse. Estimated delivery to U.S. addresses is 10 to 14 business days from order date. International shipping times vary by destination.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on carrier performance, customs (for international orders), weather, and other factors outside our control.
Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and (if opted in) SMS.
Risk of loss. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Lost or undelivered shipments. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the order date, contact us at hello@shopedenic.com and we will investigate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition, unused or gently used for evaluation
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Hygiene-sensitive items may be subject to additional return restrictions
Return process:
- Email hello@shopedenic.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return address
- Ship the product back at your expense (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product
Non-returnable items: Used or worn products that are no longer in saleable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Edenic products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Our posture training tools, exercise guides, and wellness products are designed to support general posture awareness and provide a structured framework for personal use. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult your doctor before use. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new posture, exercise, or wellness routine, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
Stop and seek help if needed. Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, or any adverse reaction.
Individual results vary. Any testimonials or results shared on our Site reflect individual experiences. Results are not guaranteed and depend on many factors including consistency of use, individual physiology, and adherence to recommended practices.
8. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications at checkout, through a form, or through our chat widget, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (such as cart reminders, order updates, sales, new product announcements) from Edenic at the number provided.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Marketing and transactional SMS consents are collected separately. Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other.

9. Email Marketing
By providing your email address and opting in, you agree to receive marketing emails from Edenic. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping notifications) are not subject to marketing opt-out.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Edenic or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our express written permission.
The Edenic name, logo, and all related names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Andrew Buffolino. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any associated systems
- Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or any user's enjoyment of it
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our written permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Site to violate the rights of any third party
12. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, or other content to the Site or our social media channels ("User Content"), you grant Edenic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the User Content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.
You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and that you have the legal right to grant the license described above.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any User Content at our discretion.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, social media platforms, and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDENIC, ANDREW BUFFOLINO, AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EDENIC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edenic, Andrew Buffolino, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site or products
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your User Content
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Informal resolution. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@shopedenic.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved without litigation.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edenic regarding your use of the Site and products, and supersede any prior agreements.
